Trial run

Abe and I just went for a run just now. We ran a mile around the Ashland High School track. Well, I walked probably a quarter mile of it, but it still totalled a mile. Plus the walk to and from. Abe was a very good sport about it. He's in much better shape than I am. Must be from when he freaks out and runs maniacally around the house over and over.
